14. Additional Disclosures

NZIGPT uses artificial intelligence to process your queries. Your questions are sent to our AI system to generate responses based on the Immigration New Zealand Operations Manual. We do not use your queries to train AI models or share them with third parties for AI training purposes.
14.2 Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only limited information necessary to confirm your subscription status.
14.3 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws, including notifying California residents within the timeframes required by the CCPA.
